ROBERT REID, MD
Primary Care Physician
After a three year hitch in the Marine Corps (including a 13 month tour in Vietnam with the infantry in 1967-68) Dr. Reid went off to college, graduating from Colorado College in 1973. He completed his medical school studies, receiving his M.D. degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore in 1981, graduating with honors. Dr. Reid has more than 39 years of diverse experiences, including Primary Care and Emergency Medicine. In addition, he works with second year medical students helping teach principles of clinical medicine. He is currently writing a book about the Doctor-Patient Relationship entitled Someone I Know in addition to a collection of poems and essays about the Vietnam experience entitled The L-Shaped Ambush.
Bryan Wogen is a board-certified Physician Assistant who comes from a diverse background. He trained in the Military’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program, graduating in 2014. He has worked in several settings including Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and Geriatrics. Bryan has been a member of the United States Army for 15 years. In 2016, he returned from a deployment in Central America where he was the lead provider for a small, mobile team. Bryan, his wife, and their five children are very active and adventurous in the outdoors, and share a passion for helping others.
Elary is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 17 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Midwestern University in Downer’s Grove, IL in 2002 and has practiced in Colorado Springs since then, specializing in geriatric medicine since 2016. She enjoys the opportunity of working with the elderly and their families in an effort to achieve maximal well-being and optimizing quality of life.
Elary is a Colorado native, originally from the Western Slope. When not working, she and her husband, along with their furry family member, enjoy everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer and she is learning to play the cello and piano.
Brad is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 11 years of experience working in Geriatrics and Adult Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. He really enjoys the opportunity afforded in Geriatrics of getting to know his patients and developing a strong therapeutic relationship with the goal of achieving wellness. He views this relationship as collaborative with the clinician's role as a guide whose job it is to understand the current state of medical science and who then counsels the patient and their family in shared decision making on a path toward physical and mental well being.
Joseph is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of clinical experience. He graduated from the Army’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program in 2011 and served as an Active Duty PA. Joseph has practiced in Family and Geriatric Medicine taking care of Soldiers and their families.
During his service, he provided primary and emergency care in both clinical and austere environments across the world. In all of his various assignments, Joseph found managing care for retirees as his most enjoyable assignment.
Joseph is originally from Indiana and has lived in Texas, Germany, South Korea, and finally Colorado where he retired from the Army. He has two children and enjoys the adventures that the Rocky Mountains provide. He joined the Lykos team in January of 2021
Mallory is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with her Bachelors in Nursing and went on to practice as a cardiovascular registered nurse for the better part of a decade. From there, she graduated from University of South Alabama with her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Before joining Lykos, Mallory practiced Internal Medicine in rural New Mexico.
Mallory is passionate about helping patient’s achieve personal wellness and improve their quality of life. What she loves about working with Lykos is that the providers are able to spend quality time with and really get to know their patients.
Mallory is originally from Oklahoma. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two dogs. She joined the Lykos team in March 2021.
Assistant Office Manager
Emily joined the Lykos team in February of 2021. She has been working in the medical field for 8 years with the past 3 years as a Health Administration Specialist. She has extensive experience in veterans healthcare and benefits. Originally from Florida, she moved to Colorado Springs in 2020 due to her husband being stationed at Fort Carson. She loves to spend time outdoors with her Husband Zak, two children Brently and Olivia, and her Husky pup, Skye.
